Full Convert is licenses per named-user. So if you are the only one using our tool, no problem to install it to a new computer.

If you have original license key and installer

Just use what you have. If your maintenance is still active, you can download latest version using download link you got when you purchased.

If you don't have original license key and installer

Find your purchase confirmation email. It contains license key and installer download link.

If you can't find even that, open a support ticket and specify name and email of the person who purchased, as well as your company name. We will find your information and get back to you. If your maintenance is still active, we will send you your license key and download link. If your maintenance expired, you will have to purchase maintenance renewal.
