If your databases are of the same type (for example, two SQL Server databases), then yes.

If they are of different type, Omega Sync will not synchronize schema. In that case you can use Full Convert Enterprise to convert schema (and data if needed) from one type to another - and after that you can use Omega Sync to continuously synchronize data.
