In this case, use 2-way sync mode.

Keep in mind that Omega Sync does compare and then synchronizes differences. This means that with default settings it can't know which changes in data were made last. So, by default it will change work database only, so after sync work will be the same as reference database and reference data won't be touched. After comparison and before syncing, you can manually look at all the differences found and change sync direction on the level of whole table, record, or even single value. That way you can achieve two-way sync, but it requires manual effort.

In upcoming version 3.0, we will have fully automatic 2-way sync.
